A kundalini meditation practiced for 31 min including savasana. The meditation can be chosen before the class if the client describe a wish when booking the class. It can for example be for opening the heart chakra or for releasing anxiety or open up for prosperity in your life. Yogis choice. This also depends on the level of experience from the client with meditation.
Cancellation Policy
For group classes no cancellation fee will occur but please respect the 12h rule and cancel if you won't be able to participate. For a private class a cancellation fee of 75% will be imposed if cancelled less than 12 h before start.
